While dealing with mental health issues isn't unique to the last year or so, there's no denying that 2020 (and now 2021) have been hard as hell for pretty much everyone. The pandemic has made us all feel a little more and has made it challenging and expensive to seek therapy. Even if you are able to seek professional, it's generally done over Zoom and lacks a certain...oomph. Sometimes the only place you can turn to is the internet. Beyond forums filled with helpful strangers, there's a huge amount of relatable jokes and wise tweets to help us through, and remind us that we're not alone.
