Between the world being at war, the rapid progression of global warming and our own horrible, vulnerable mortality, there's a lot of things in this world that we need to take our minds off. We're in luck, because the melting pot of extreme dumbness that can be found on the internet is designed to do just that. Life hurts, but memes don't (so long as we take them the right way). If anything, that's yet another reason to consume as many as possible.
