There are relatable memes in this world, and then there are starter packs. They're kind of like relatable memes on steroids, because they're not based on a feeling, they're based on real people and cultural trends that we're all very, very familiar with. Though almost all starter pack memes are incredibly specific, some of them riff on pretty obvious topics (potato-heavy clam chowder, Disney movies) while others choose to roast more distinct people and phenomena, like those "self-made" money-making gurus on Twitter. Aside from the achingly familiar themes, we love starter packs because they're constantly being made by Internet comedians, so there's no shortage of this excellent brand of humor.
